Upon termination of an Account for reasons not related to fraud, a188 will return any remaining real-money balance to the Account holder via the original deposit method, after deducting any amounts owed to a188. Where termination is due to fraud or breach of these Terms, a188 reserves the right to withhold Account balances pending investigation and, where applicable, to report the matter to law enforcement authorities.
You may close your a188 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your designated PKR withdrawal method.
